Moderate to heavy rain lashed parts of UAE on Friday, including Dubai and Al Ain.
According to the national Met department's (NCM) weather alert, rainy convective clouds associated with fresh winds with speeds of upto 45 km/hr caused blowing dust and sand with poor horizontal visibility at times over some eastern and southeast of Al Ain and extended to some internal areas, including Lahbab in Dubai.
