The sterilisation programme was undertaken in cooperation with the Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities Department.
It comes as the UAE announced all places of worship would be permitted to reopen once more, starting Wednesday, July 1.
Dubai Municipality further reminded all members of the public to adhere to the safety measures adopted by the Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities Department, in order to continue keeping the community safe.
