Video: Car accident in Dubai hypermarket parking caught on camera

Hypermarket Union Coop on Wednesday shared details about an accident that took place in the parking of one of their outlets.

A mishap between three cars took place in the parking of their Umm Suqeim branch on Tuesday, the hypermarket said on its Twitter handle. No one was injured.

A clip now available on social media shows a black sedan emerging from the right side of the video frame, being pushed head on by a black SUV. The SUV continues to push the car until it disappears from the left side of the video frame, while the SUV hits a wall and comes to a stop.

The accident took place when the driver of the first car pressed the accelerator out of negligence, Dubai Police tweeted. There were no injuries, the police confirmed.

Police have advised motorists to drive carefully and follow all safety instructions.
