The UAE Lottery website was back up and running after more than 2 hours of downtime, the company announced. On Tuesday morning, it experienced a glitch that caused temporary access issues for some users trying to visit its official website.

The gaming operator earlier posted a message on its social media platforms saying that its technical teams are looking into the glitch. "Our technical teams are actively investigating the situation and working to restore full access as quickly as possible."

Interested players who are unable to access the website have been advised to try again later or use a different internet service provider.

For immediate assistance, customers can contact the UAE Lottery’s customer support team on 800 2365 or email support@theuaelottery.ae. The company thanked users for their patience and understanding while the issue was being resolved.

The UAE Lottery is the first and only officially licensed national lottery in the country, launched in late 2024 under the oversight of the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) and operated by The Game LLC.

It offers a range of games, including the flagship Lucky Day draw and various scratch-card and quick-play formats, with prizes reaching life-changing amount. The lottery is open to residents aged 18 and above. The Lucky Day draw takes place every Saturday under the current weekly format, giving players a regular weekly chance to win prizes.

The UAE Lottery has implemented several measures to ensure responsible gaming practices. In December, the company partnered with Takalam, an AI-powered mental health platform, to give players support when they need it. James Boyles, Group Director for Responsible Gaming at the company, had earlier told Khaleej Times that they closely “monitor player behaviour” and “intervene when necessary” to ensure the safety of gamers.
