A UAE embassy has issued a SIM warning for citizens in Thailand.
The Embassy of UAE in Bangkok tweeted a statement on Thursday, advising Emiratis travelling to Thailand to cancel their local mobile phone SIM card before returning to UAE, adding that someone could misuse the SIM if it wasn't canceled that could result in fines or other legal issues for them.

This is the fourth travel advisory by UAE after earlier warning Emiratis to stay safe in Jakarta (Indonesia), Hong Kong and Ethiopia.
