Two killed in Accidents on Sharjah-Al Dhaid Road

In the first accident that took place around 6am near the first interchange on Sharjah-Al Dhaid road, the Asian driver of a water tanker hit two cars in his attempt to avoid running over a 70-year-old national, Mohammed Hassan, who was crossing the road. The driver steered the tanker to the left lane, hit two cars, deviated back to the right lane and crushed Mohammed.

In the second accident that took place around 4pm near the seventh interchange on Sharjah-Al Dhaid, an unidentified Asian was hit by a car when he was crossing the road.

The drivers involved in both the accidents were taken into police custody.
