Sharjah announces partial road closure near Al Hazanah for 6 days starting August 23

The closure will affect the stretch from Saeed bin Obaid Al Jarwan Roundabout to Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan Bou Aliyan Roundabout

The Roads and Transport Authority in Sharjah on Friday, August 21, announced a partial closure of a dual carriageway near the Al Hazanah area.
The closure will affect the stretch from Saeed bin Obaid Al Jarwan Roundabout to Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan Bou Aliyan Roundabout, in the specified direction.
The closure will be in place for six days, from Sunday, August 23, until Friday, August 28, to allow for road maintenance and infrastructure development works. The works are aimed at enhancing traffic flow and improving the efficiency of Sharjah’s road network.

The authority said approved alternative routes will be available during the closure and urged motorists to follow the designated diversions, directional signs and road safety instructions.
Road users are also advised to use alternative roads where possible and follow all traffic guidelines to ensure their safety and help maintain smooth traffic flow during the works.
