Dubai welcomed 10.62 million tourists in the first seven months of 2024, an 8% increase year-on-year
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai warned motorists of traffic delay on Jumeirah Rd on Saturday, August 17.
In a social media post, the authority said delays are expected on the road starting 2pm today until 5am on Monday, August 19.
The traffic delay is due to maintenance works between Al Manara St and Al Thanya St. Maintenance works will be done in both directions from August 17 to August 19, 2024.

The section near Mercato will also be undergoing maintenance works in both directions starting from 2pm on Saturday, August 24 until 5am, Monday, August 26.
The authority advised motorists to follow the traffic signs and take alternative routes to ensure their timely arrival to their destinations.
