While the Premier League is winding up, a couple of the competition's greatest stars will be in Dubai today. Manchester United legends Dwight Yorke and Quinton Fortune will be at the closing ceremony of the UAE's Manchester United Soccer School at Al Habtoor City, a training programme for 64 aspiring young footballers.
