Different parts of the UAE saw heavy showers on Saturday, as the country witnesses a period of unstable weather conditions until March 27 due to a low-pressure system.

Rainy conditions are affecting the country today, with skies ranging from partly cloudy to cloudy and convective cloud formation bringing rainfall in scattered areas, according to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM).

The NCM has issued an orange alert, warning that convective clouds and strong winds lifting dust and sand may reduce horizontal visibility between 8 pm and 10 pm.
