Sheikh Mohammed allocates 4,631 residential land plots worth Dh5.3 billion in Dubai

The plots cover an area exceeding 71 million square feet across the areas of Al Ayyas, Latifa City, and Mushrif

In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed has approved the allocation of 4,631 residential land plots for Emirati citizens in the emirate, valued at Dh5.3 billion.

The plots cover an area exceeding 71 million square feet across the areas of Al Ayyas, Latifa City, and Mushrif, within modern and pioneering urban communities.

"Providing suitable housing for every citizen family is a well-established priority in Dubai's development journey and a fundamental pillar in urban development projects to build integrated and vibrant residential communities," Sheikh Mohammed, who also serves as the Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE, said.

The residential lands will be allocated through the “Emarati” platform within the “Dubai Now” app during the coming week.

More details on the allocation were announced by the Dubai Media Office:

  1. 2,540 residential plots in Al Ayyas, covering 39 million square feet

  2. Provision of comprehensive and sustainable infrastructure that keeps pace with population and urban growth in each area, in line with the Dubai Urban Plan 2040

  3. 1,761 residential plots in Latifa City, covering 28 million square feet

  4. 330 residential plots in Mushrif, covering 4 million square feet

  5. Community and recreational facilities, along with green spaces, to enhance quality of life and well-being for citizens
