Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed tops list of 'Most Remarkable Arab leaders in 2019'

Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, came in second.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, topped the list of the poll 'Most Remarkable Arab Leaders in 2019' on Russia Today website.

The 9-day poll ended on December 31, 2019 and the results were revealed on January 1, 2020. The number of participates reached 13,880,968, the Russian website said.

Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, came in second. 

A total of 9,734,963 participants voted for Sheikh Mohamed, accounting for 68.6 per cent of the poll's total participants while 2,219,042 participants voted for Mohammed bin Salman, accounting for 15.6 per cent of total participants.

The results also showed that 12 per cent of participants, numbering 1,712,186, chose King Abdullah II, King of Jordan, while Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, President of Egypt, came fourth with 72,751 votes.
