Avail 50% discount on traffic fine until June 30 in Sharjah

The fine discount can be benefited for traffic violations committed before March 31, 2020.

Motorists have been urged to avail of the traffic fine discounts in Sharjah before the offer deadline next week.
A 50 per cent discount on traffic fines was announced by the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) from April 1 to June 30, approved by the Sharjah Executive Council (SEC).
The fine discount can be benefited for traffic violations committed before March 31, 2020.
People who want to avail of the fine reductions must visit the authority's website, www.srta.gov.ae , before the deadline.
Abdul Aziz Al Jarwan, SRTA director, said the move was in line with the directives of His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and his keenness to enhance the living conditions of the people of Sharjah, especially during the current Covid-19 situation.
