The UAE is expecting a week of unstable weather. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) forecast rain moving across different areas of the country from Sunday to Friday. Showers will shift across the north, east, south, coastal, and inland regions, with rainfall amounts varying each day.

UAE officials have continued to stress that public safety remains the priority, and further updates will follow as the weather pattern develops.

Meanwhile, motorists have been advised to be careful, especially when visibility is low and roads have water build-up.

Airports and airlines across the UAE have urged passengers to allow additional time for travel this week due to inclement weather, with some advising arrivals up to four hours before departure.
