Shaikh Zayed Book Award in two more categories announced

While Dr Fayez Al Sabbagh from Jordan won the award in the translation category for his English to Arabic translation of Sociology by Anthony Giddens, Iraqi architect Rifaat Al Gadarji won the Zayed Award for Arts for his book on the philosophy of architecture.

Rashid Al Iraimi, secretary-general of Shaikh Zayed Book Award, said that the winners in the three remaining categories - development and building, young author and intellectual personality of the year - would be announced in the next few weeks.
