Registration opens for Quran contest

RAS AL KHAIMAH - The RAK Foundation for the Holy Quran yesterday announced the opening of registration for the annual Ras Al Khaimah Holy Quran awards that will be organised for the eighth time in the emirate.

Registration will continue until November 21 and the competition will be held a few weeks later. The contest is being organised under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Saqr bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.

The contest is open to male and female participants of all nationalities. Prizes worth Dh 200,000 will be distributed to the winners of the contest.
