Delegations from Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah have visited the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at the Abu Dhabi Police (ADP) recently.
The two teams from the Ajman Free Zone and the Public Works and Services Department in Ras Al Khaimah have also reviewed the Licensing Department's 'quick' services to customers.
The officials from the two emirates toured the department's Customer Service Centre and met Colonel Suhail Al Khaiaili, Chief of the Vehicles Licensing Section, who briefed them about the smart applications.
He noted that the Customer Service Centre has completed a total of 383,528 transactions over the past year through simple and easy steps.
The two delegations reviewed the 'Happiness Metre' at the Customer Services Centre.
Col. Al Khaiaili told them about the importance of the happiness indicator in measuring customer satisfaction.
He pointed out that the number of vehicles in the emirate amounted to 1.01million vehicles last year.
Furthermore, the two delegations were also acquainted with the electronic data archiving system, which provides users with easy access to reference files.
