Public safety alert over: UAE residents reassured they may resume normal activities

The UAE Ministry of Interior sent an alert to residents to reassure them that the situation is currently safe and they may resume normal activities

Earlier in the morning, UAE air defences responded to incoming missile and drone threats from Iran.

The Ministry stressed that the sounds heard are the result of the Air Defence Systems intercepting missiles and drones.

The public are requested to adhere to the safety and security instructions issued.
