Protect kids from accidents during Eid, urges Ministry
Child Protection Centre has urged parents to observe safety in their homes and playgrounds and protect their children against the risks of fireworks.

Abu Dhabi - The centre called on parents to abide by the requirements of prevention and safety at various public places including parks, amusement parks, beaches, markets and malls and other locations.

The Ministry of Interior's Child Protection Centre has urged parents to observe safety in their homes and playgrounds and protect their children against the risks of fireworks in order to prevent any incidents that could mar the Eid festivities.
The centre also called on parents to abide by the requirements of prevention and safety at various public places including parks, amusement parks, beaches, markets and malls and other locations that are expected to witness a high density of visitors during the holidays.
Major-General Dr Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary-General of the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Higher Committee for Child Protection at the Ministry of Interior, said that the ministry is doing everything in its power to provide distinguished services according to the highest international standards.
Major Dr Mohammed Khalifa Al Ali, Director of the Child Protection Centre, called upon parents to take the required precautionary measures.
