Primark, is coming to Dubai as early as the first quarter of 2026. And its not just one store; as many as three new shopping avenues of the Irish multinational fashion retailer are going to come up by early 2026.
These stores will be located in Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and Mirdif City Centre.
"Prices are going to be the same," Alshaya CEO John Hadden said in an interview with Virgin Radio. He said t-shirts will start at Dh15, and jeans at Dh50.

But thats not all; in October, Primark will open a store in Kuwait. This means the fashion retailer is landing in the Middle East with at least 4 stores.
Primark "aims to provide affordable choices for everyone," and make sustainable fashion yet affordable, according to its website. The fashion retailer is in 17 countries so far.
Shoppers are eagerly anticipating the opening of the store, with "prices that you wouldn't even imagine", according to Lana Amini, a Dubai-based expat.
Having shopped in London's Primark, Lana said she is looking forward to how Dubai will design the store to "remind [her] of the one in London." With meticulously organised aisles, which makes the products easy-to-find, she said she will definitely visit the new store in Mirdif City Centre.
For UAE resident Yasmin H, however, while she found the store "crowded", she said the "quality of the products and affordability made up for the hassle." It has been almost a decade since she visited Primark on Oxford Street in 2016.
When the store lands in Dubai, the expat is looking for a high-quality, affordable shopping experience, but without the crowds, she added.
