Pakistani missions in UAE have suspended consular services temporarily, until March 3 "in light of the regional situation."

Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai said this measure comes after the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation recommended remote working and advised against "workers presence in open spaces."

The Pakistan Embassy in Abu Dhabi reiterated that the measure was taken "in the interest of safety and well-being of community members and Embassy staff alike."
