One-minute silence observed for UAE martyrs

Participants of UAE-New Zealand Joint Economic Commission observed a one-minute silence to pay respects to 45 Emirati servicemen killed in Yemen.
Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, the UAE Minister of Economy, briefed New Zealand Trade Minister Tim Groser and his delegation about the three-day mourning period to pay tributes to the fallen heroes.
The minister also said the loss of the UAE servicemen is the biggest tragedy his nation has faced since its forming in 1971.
