New salary bonus rolled out for these UAE government employees

Dubai - Attractive monetary incentives for a job done well.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has rolled out the implementation of its new bonus policy for all Tasheel service centres. 
For every completed application, the director of the service centre will receive Dh2. The deputy director will also receive Dh1 per completed application, as per Al Khaleej report.
The bonus for the customer service staff remains at Dh45 per application so long as the processing fee is no less than Dh100.
Bonuses range from Dh20,000 and up to Dh80,000 per month after some individuals finished 2,000 applications. Their salaries would range from Dh6,000 to Dh8,000.
Earlier, a female employee broke the record with Dh108,000 bonus in one month after completing 2,400 applications.  
Manager salaries range from Dh13,000 to Dh15,000.
Several UAE citizens expressed a desire to work in Tasheel centres because of the attractive bonuses and monetary incentives for a job well done. Employee salaries in many cases exceed their superiors.
