Motorists are urged to drive with caution, as cloudy weather gives way to rain, as reported by The National Center of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS).
Light showers are expected over certain areas of the country, while the rain clouds will increase over scattered parts by Tuesday and Wednesday.

NCMS also noted that motorists should drive safely as heavy clouds will cause rapid winds blowing dust and sand, thus leading to poor visibility on the roads.
Light showers in Al Ain and Dhafrah were also reported, as well as in Abu Dhabi and Khalifa City.

On Monday the Capital had an average of 23 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 25.9 kilometers per hour, Al Ain with 24 degrees Celsius and also a wind speed of 25.9.

Dubai had an average temperature of 23.3 and the wind speed of 20.4 kilometers per hour, Fujairah felt slightly warmer with an average of 27.1 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 33.3 kilometers an hour. Sharjah's temperature hit 22.5 degrees Celsius with 20.4 kilometers per hour wind speed.
The chilliest part of UAE was in Jais Mountain, with a temperature of 13 degrees Celsius.
