All of Al Nuaimia is being connected to the main network.

The company completed laying of drains in Al Hamidiya and Al Jurf areas in the emirate in August.

The sewerage at the mosque will also meet the international standards in terms of quality of materials and procedures as at all other sites to ensure that Ajman enjoys a well-developed infrastructure that will enhance the quality of life, a Press release from the company said recently.

The authorities have envisaged a schedule for connecting all areas in the emirate to the main network. It will serve 75,000 homes and businesses on 12,500 plots of land when it becomes fully operational. It would process 50,000 cubic metres of sewage and convert it into irrigation quality water everyday. As the project theme - 'Go green, Ajman' - suggests, the recycled water would be used to transform large tracts into arable land, the release said.
