Khaleej Times today unveiled its inaugural list of the GCC’s Most Influential HR Leaders at the Future Workforce Summit 2025, held on April 30. The list recognises 38 HR leaders driving meaningful, people-first transformation in an era defined by rapid technological change.

The announcement was met with enthusiastic applause as the selected HR leaders were recognised in front of their peers and other industry experts. This marks the launch of a new series of curated editorial lists designed to spotlight the individuals and ideas shaping the future of key industries across the region.

To curate the list, Khaleej Times convened a distinguished five-member jury composed of industry experts and an editorial panel. This group was tasked with selecting top-performing HR leaders who are shaping the future of work in the UAE. Nominees underwent a rigorous and data-informed selection process, evaluated on their commitment to national talent development through Emiratisation, their strategies for retaining top talent, their ability to foster positive and productive workplace cultures, their success in building strong employer brands, and their dedication to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion within their organisations.

Attendees received a specially designed, glossy brochure acknowledging the achievements of each honoured member.

The Future Workforce Summit 2025, organised by KT Events and held at the Address Sky View Hotel in Dubai, is designed to spark vital conversations, challenge traditional norms, and redefine the future of work in the UAE and beyond.
