It will be a very hot day in the country today according to an early forecast made by the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS).
In the update, cloudy and hazy weather conditions can also be expected. There is a chance of convective cloud formations in over the eastern and southern areas by afternoon. These clouds are associated with rainfall and might bring rain around the area.
Humidity is likely to increase by night and during the early hours of Tuesday morning.

In another update, the lowest recorded temperature in the UAE today was in Jebel Jais. It was a cool 25.7 degrees Celsius at 5.30am.
