The new mobile police station launched by the Muraqqabat Police Station has issued 103 certificates of good conduct in one week.
The mobile police station is located at Hamriya Souq in cooperation with Dubai Municipality.
Captain Faisal Al Jwali, Head of the Customer Service Department of Muraqqabat Police Station, said that the mobile police station recorded 12 traffic accidents and received 15 criminal queries, registered six cases of dud checks as well as issued two missing certificates and three traffic violations.

He focused on the importance of providing the best possible service to customers and reducing the burden on them.
He noted that police are giving priority to meeting people's satisfaction and have enhanced the skills of staff.
Additionally, he noted that people can conduct a large number of services at the mobile police stations, such as lodging dud check complaints, non-payment, lost and found, a licence for road closures, permits to work at night, as well as lodge criminal and traffic complaints.
Also, the mobile police provide services to special needs and elderly people to help them move to their houses, and will be on-site for national celebrations and in tourist areas.
