Starting TODAY, the emirate reopens leisure venues like cinemas and recreational venues like Dubai Dolphinarium; extends mall timings till 10pm; and restarts gyms and sports centres.

Commuters are advised to plan their trips and reach Metro stations 30 minutes before their trip is to commence. Masks are mandatory.
