UAE: Free parking announced for Eid Al Fitr in Ajman; slaughterhouse timings revealed
All parks and public facilities in the emirate will be open during the Eid holiday

All paid parking in Ajman will be free during the Eid Al Fitr holiday from Shawwal 1 to 3, the Municipality announced.
The authority also announced central slaughterhouse timings, which will operate from Shawwal 1 to 3 from 8am to 1.30pm, and temporarily close on Shawwal 4 for maintenance.

Meanwhile, the Masfout and Manama slaughterhouses will also cater to customers, encouraging adherence to approved slaughtering practices to ensure food safety.

Masfout slaughterhouse will receive customers during two periods – morning and evening. On Shawwal 1, the morning period is from 8am to 1pm, and the evening period from 4pm to 7pm.
From Shawwal 2 to 3, the morning period is from 7am to 1pm, and the evening period from 4pm to 7pm.
Manama slaughterhouse will receive customers from the Shawwal 1 to 3, from 7am to 2pm.
The municipality has implemented extensive inspection campaigns to ensure that food establishments comply with health regulations during the holiday season. Teams will monitor food safety and hygiene around the clock.
The authority will intensify inspections on food preparation and serving facilities, cooperative societies, and traditional kitchens, especially during the busy holiday period when demand surges.
The Agriculture and Public Gardens Department has announced that all parks and public facilities will be open during the Eid holiday, offering families a chance to enjoy various activities. The Al-Rashidiya Park will welcome visitors in the afternoon and evening, adding to the festive spirit of the celebrations.
In preparation for the holiday, the municipality has adorned the streets, parks, and public spaces of Ajman, including Masfout and Manama, with 1,050 festive designs and illuminated panels.
The authority expressed its readiness to welcome the holiday, confirming that it will continue to serve the public through electronic and smart channels for all municipal services.
