Eid Al Fitr 2026: 4-day free parking, no Darb tolls in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi has announced that parking will be free for four consecutive days starting Thursday, March 19, on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr.

Darb tolls will also be free of charge during this period. Parking fees and tolls are set to resume on Monday, March 23, Q Mobility said on Wednesday.

In Sharjah, residents will get to enjoy three days of free parking to celebrate the occasion. During the Eid's three days, parking in the emirate will be free of charge. On Wednesday, March 18, the UAE is set to sight the crescent moon of Shawwal which determines when will Eid Al Fitr start this year.
