DUBAI — More than 727,900 students of 1,276 public and private schools will return to classrooms on Sunday for the 2012-2013 academic year with a call from Minister of Education Humaid Mohammed Obaid Al Qattami to educators, administrators, learners and their guardians to work diligently and faithfully.
