A fire broke out on a boat in Dubai Marina on Friday morning.
"The Emaar Security and Dubai Civil Defense were on site, and have since extinguished the fire, moving the boat to a secure location," the Dubai-base property developer Emaar said in a statement.
"In light of the quick response on ground, there are no injuries to report and the area is once again fully operational," the Emaar said.
Residents took to social media to share the videos and photos of the incident.
