AlMansoori became the first Emirati to go to space on September 25 and the first Arab to go to the International Space Station (ISS). He returned on October 3 after his eight-day stay there, where he conducted important scientific experiments.
"Hazzaa has shown excellent health condition and is ready to complete his scientific experiments as planned," Hamad Obaid AlMansoori, chairman of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre said in a tweet.
AlMansoori is currently in Moscow where he is being monitored for his health and will now start completing his scientific experiments.
This mission had a total of 16 experiments, six of which were carried out on board the ISS. The remaining will be finished off on Earth and will mainly include comparing the results of experiments conducted in microgravity to ones done here.
AlMansoori will hold a press conference with the media in Moscow sometime this week.
