Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, on Friday joined Dubai Run 30X30 with UAE residents and motivate them for the run.
Sheikh Hamdan, who was at the frontline of the Dubai Run 30X30 wearing a grey jersey with bib number 3, also met up with the inspiring father-son duo Nick Watson and his 16 year old son Rio, a determined one.

Sheikh Hamdan shared a post on his Instagram account where he can be seen giving a high five to Rio, who has a very rare chromosome disorder, which affects his speech and motor skills and makes even simple movements - like walking - a challenge. But this doesn't stop him from taking part in Dubai's toughest races.
Today's Dubai 30X30 race was a special one for Rio as it marks his 200th race in five years, where he has covered 6,000km alongside his father Nick.
The Watson family are popularly known as Team Angel Wolf in the fitness community and they take part in a number of races in the UAE along with Rio to raise awareness about integrating people of determination, especially children, into sports.
