Heavy fog and poor visibility on has resulted in the slow movement of traffic in different parts of UAE on Tuesday morning.
Dubai Police have issued a statement on Twitter, advising drivers to stay cautious and that there would be low visibility due to fog for those driving on different roads of the emirate.
In another tweet, the police also reported an accident on the airport road after the Air Wing going towards Cargo Village intersection.
Abu Dhabi Police have urged motorists to be cautious and maintain safe distance between vehicles due to low visibility.
The police also stressed the need to follow instructions on smart signs, and urged drivers to follow messages sent via social media, which will aim to help them safely travel through fog. It also instructed drivers to monitor weather forecasts and be prepared to drive in bad weather conditions.
