A section of a ceiling in The Dubai Mall that collapsed on Monday, September 7, has been repaired, confirmed developer Emaar Properties.
The Dubai Media Office posted pictures of the now-repaired ceiling on Twitter on Tuesday.
The official statement said: "Emaar Properties has announced it has repaired the damage to a suspended ceiling in one of the corridors in Dubai Mall, which caused part of it to fall late Monday. The repair works have been completed without any injuries."
