Airline captain wins $1 million in Dubai Duty Free draw

A US-based UPS airline captain from Kirkland, Washington became the lucky winner of US$1 million in the latest Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire draw held on July 1, in Concourse B of Dubai International Airport.
Keith Andrew Hansen, an American national living in Washington became a million dollars richer when his ticket number 2545 in Millennium Millionaire Series 333 was drawn today.
Hansen had purchased his ticket at DXB on June 14.
Hansen is unavailable for immediate comment and is the ninth American national to have won $1 million since the start of the Millennium Millionaire promotion in 1999.
July 1 draw was conducted following strict social distancing by Dubai Duty Free's Executive Vice Chairman & CEO, Colm McLoughlin, Chief Operating Officer, Ramesh Cidambi, Salah Tahlak, Executive Vice President - Corporate Services and Saba Tahir, Senior Vice President - Purchasing.
Following the Millennium Millionaire draw, two other winners were announced in the Dubai Duty Free Finest Surprise Promotion.
Sara Angelina Mroue, a 33-year-old Czech national from Prague in Czech Republic won a BMW 750Li xDrive M Sport (Black Sapphire Metallic) with ticket number 0087 in Series 1754 which she bought online in May.
Currently living in London, Mroue was delighted to know that her lucky number "87", which is her birth year '1987', made her win a luxury car.
"I can't believe it, this is like the best news ever! I never won anything this big in my whole life, I'm excited to go back to Prague and share this good news to my family. Thank you so much Dubai Duty Free", she said. 
Lastly, Sanjeev Kumar Prasad, a 33-year-old Indian national based in Sharjah became the proud owner of an Aprilla Shiver 900 (Hi Tech Silver) in Series 413 with ticket number 0887.
A resident of Sharjah for 5 years now, Prasad, who works as an electrician was very happy to win with his seventh ticket in the motorbike promotion which he purchased online.
"I am so happy for this very good news today and hopefully the start of much bigger prize for me specially during this difficult times. Thank you Dubai Duty Free for this amazing promotion", he rejoiced.
