The platform, accessible through the Dubai Police website using secure UAE Pass log in was unveiled on Tuesday (January 20), during a press conference announcing the launch of the second generation of its official website and smart application.

It will also allow legal professionals to complete paperwork, submit requests, upload documents, and follow up on cases 24/7 without visiting police stations, through secure access using UAE Pass. Each registered lawyer is provided with a personalized digital dashboard to manage cases, consultants, and client-related requests.
Major General Saleh Abdullah Murad, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Administrative Affairs, said the project goes beyond visual changes, delivering a complete digital journey built around three pillars: service, empowerment, and vision, with a focus on accuracy, interactivity, and zero bureaucracy.
Major General Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi, Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence, has called it the 'most comprehensive' release to date under the highest institutional standards.
New features
Among the new features is the smart AI consultant, AiX, which guides users step by step through services, enquiries, and reports, supporting faster access to accurate information.
Brigadier Majed Al Suwaidi, Director of the General Department of Police Stations, said the lawyers’ platform represents a qualitative shift in legal services, significantly reducing the need for in-person visits to police stations and easing pressure on frontline services.
Hessa Murad Al Bloushi, Head of the Smart Applications Department at Dubai Police, said the platform will initially be rolled out on a trial basis with a limited group of lawyers. Dubai Police will send invitation emails to lawyers across Dubai, allowing them to register and receive credentials to access the platform through the website.
Once logged in, lawyers will be prompted to choose between the general services portal and the dedicated lawyers’ platform. Each lawyer will have an individual dashboard enabling them to add consultants, manage cases, submit documents, and track requests in one place.
Seven digital legal services
Dubai Police confirmed that the Lawyers Platform includes the following services:
Linking powers of attorney to officially represent clients in registered cases
Electronic signing of powers of attorney in a secure and approved digital format
Good Conduct Search Certificates to support the lifting of circulars after legal and financial settlement
Filing criminal complaints on behalf of clients following identity verification and agency linkage
Issuance of “To Whom It May Concern” certificates related to specific cases or procedures
Permits for virtual visits with detainees or inmates held in Dubai
Enquiries about circulars and travel bans, with direct digital payment and case closure through the service
Officials said the upgrade marks a new step towards faster, more secure, and more accessible digital services, aligned with Dubai’s zero bureaucracy and digital transformation goals.
