According to Brigadier Khalid Nasser Alrazooqi, Director of General Department of Smart Services, the Dubai Police Keyboard has all the major smart services and users don't need to log in to the app.
He pointed out that the Dubai Police are the first government department in the region to develop this service. The development of this service enables customers to accomplish their transactions via the smartphone keyboard, without logging into the Dubai Police app.
The keyboard automatically gets downloaded when the user downloads the Dubai Police application.  The user can add any of the Dubai Police smart services to his favourites from the app to access it through the keyboard.
Brigadier Alrazooqi said that the Dubai Police are keen to be present in all smart platforms. This, in turn, will satisfy the customers, and will go hand-in-hand with the direction of smart government; through the completion of the transactions, submission of applications, feedbacks, suggestions, and complaints, through smart phones.
He said that people can submit applications, lodge complaints, give proposals using the new smart platform.
