The 36-year-old Indian businessman was accused of taking advantage that he was alone with the pharmacy employee, also Indian, to grab her by the waist and pull her towards him against her will. The incident happened on August 13.
The employee, a 24-year-old Indian, said that she was on her shift when the man came as she was by herself in the purchase section. She identified him later at the Bur Dubai police station.
