Dubai’s Deira and Gold District hotel cluster has launched a “work-from-hotel” staycation, offering residents an alternative to working from home as flexible work arrangements continue to shape daily routines.

The initiative brings together six properties: Novotel Dubai Gold District, Mercure Dubai Deira, Mercure Dubai Gold District, ibis Styles Dubai Deira, ibis Styles Dubai Gold District, and Aparthotel Adagio Dubai Deira, with packages designed to combine workspace access, leisure, and short stays under one booking.

Designed for “modern travellers and remote professionals”, guests can use shared workspaces set up in “meeting room-style environments”, with coffee and tea included, while also having access to hotel facilities such as pools and wellness areas.

Daily rates start from Dh169, depending on the property, with added perks such as discounts on food, beverages, and spa treatments. Families are also catered to, with children under 12 staying free across participating hotels.

For longer stays, monthly packages begin at Dh4,999, offering serviced accommodation, discounted dining and laundry, and flexible check-in and check-out options.

The move reflects a shift in how residents are approaching work, with hotels positioning themselves as hybrid spaces that blend productivity with lifestyle and convenience.
