Fines doubled from 2017 to 2019 are included in the scheme.

Dawoud Al Hajri, Director-General of the Dubai Municipality, said: "This is one of the most important initiatives through which Dubai Municipality seeks to support efforts aimed at facilitating the work of companies and commercial activities in the emirate and in the interest of the business community.

Manal bin Yaarouf, Director of Customers and Partners Relations Department, said payments can be made via the Dubai Municipality website or app.
