Earlier, the RTA and Dubai Police announced that trucks would be allowed to use all roads across the emirate around the clock until Wednesday evening, March 4, 2026, in a move aimed at supporting the logistics sector to ensure the smooth flow of supply chains.

The temporary decision lifts usual time-based restrictions on heavy vehicles, helping transport and logistics companies maintain efficient operations during this period.

However, the exemption, both previously and now, does not apply to the Airport Tunnel and Al Shindagha Tunnel, where existing restrictions remain in place to ensure safety and keep traffic flowing smoothly along these key routes.
