The tolerance and personal status settlement centre at the Dubai Courts has resolved an inheritance dispute involving 17 people amicably.
Thanks to a group of guides with expertise in resolving inheritance disputes at the personal status department, the litigation over an estate, estimated to be worth about Dh302 million, consisting of 12 real estate units in the UAE and involving 17 heirs, was solved amicably and swiftly. The heirs were talked into willingness to accept and completely agree over all the solutions offered on the settlement and discussion table.
"The rapid settlement process of the huge litigation, for instance, has a great impact on maintaining the wheel of economy rolling," said Abdullah Mahmoud Al Zarooni, head of the department. "The rights of staff and employees and their families were preserved by preventing the delay of salaries in addition to safeguarding the relations among the same heirs' families."
Al Zarooni affirmed that the personal status settlement department offers the best and most simple solutions to litigant parties. The section comprises the inheritance settlement division and the family lawsuits settlement division which manage all the personal status settlement sessions whether pertaining to inheritance or all family lawsuits and executions. It implements a simplified path amicably whether before and during the prosecuting process or after the issuance of judicial orders. And that is by striking agreements that end the disputes with the best and most simple solutions, agreeable and suitable to all the parties.
