Dont be bitter when I tell you that this place doesnt do a full roast because maybe, just maybe, this is the reason why Walter's Coffee Roastery brews an authentic coffee that doesnt go sour, even when left to go cold.

Set in the iconic Dubai Mall, this Ikea yellow place gives customer choice because who really likes the same taste when it comes to that morning/afternoon kick.

Your choice of  brew will be identified by what bean you choose and that will include the origin, producer, region, variety, process, acidity level, altitude and aroma which will be stamped on an ID for you to cherish. Who knew coffee was such a scientific memoir!

If you think the access to coffee heaven ends there, the senses will enhanced on a sequence of entertainment, especially if you decide on ordering the "Chemex" Here your barista will head into the laboratory, masks and all, for approx 2 -3 minutes, artistically blooming (also known as taking the carbon dioxide out) and pouring your chosen bean in caffeinated style to the table.

Try the Saffron Milk cake instead of adding milk to your blend and youll be sure to be set up for the rest of the day.

A 3pm rush and a 4pm lull only came from the customers here. KT was definately still buzzing into the evening.
