Bonus for govt employees on performance
DUBAI - The General Secretariat of the Dubai Executive Council has ordered all local government entities to pay annual bonus and increments based on an employee's performance rating.

According to the announcement, employees will not receive bonuses unless they secure an overall performance rating, equal or higher than '3.0' on the scale of the government's performance appraisal system.
