Blood Donation Drive
DUBAI - The Dubai Health Authority's (DHA) human resources section recently organised a blood donation drive at the DHA headquarters to encourage employees to come forward and become regular donors.

The drive was organised in collaboration with the Al Wasl Blood Donation Centre and the centre collected 65 units of blood by the end of the day-long donation drive.
Dr Amer Ahmad Sharif, director of HR at the DHA, emphasised on the importance of holding such blood donation drives to cater to Dubai's ever-increasing demand for blood.
