Auction of special number plates
ABU DHABI - The third auction of distinguished number plates will be held on October 27 at the Emirates Palace Hotel, Lt. Colonel Abdul Rahman Al Kamali, Director of Privatisation and Financial Investment, Abu Dhabi Police, announced yesterday.
He said that around 100 number plates of different digits will come under the hammer.
“The focus of the auction will be on the number plate 10,” he said.

The numbers on offer include 33,46,65, 98 and 82. Around 33 numbers with different digits will be sold including 141, 500, 404 and 311. Among the interesting four digit numbers are 1100,1010, 5500, 7777 and 4000.Some 26 special numbers on the fifth digit category will be put under the hammer including 44444, 30000, 99000 and 30003.
