Ajman Police respond to change in speed limit rumours

Ajman Police issued a statement on Saturday quashing rumours about change in speed limits in the emirate.

The General Command of Ajman Police confirmed today that there were no changes to speed limits on Ajman's road radars.

Colonel Saif Abdullah Al Falasi, Director of Traffic and Patrols Department, refuted rumours spread by some individuals on social media about change in speed limits. He called on the public not to pay attention to such rumours and verify such information before publishing or spreading such messages - as they create confusion for motorists.

Al Falasi reiterated in the statement that the speed limits on the roads have not changed and called on citizens and residents to abide by the set speed limits.
